Brown rice

Side dish for those who enjoy a more natural food,
being used by vegetarians or people who eat low-calorie.

Serving: 4 people
Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients

1 cup brown rice Prato Gaúcho
4 cups hot water
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a pan without cover, and boil over high heat.
When almost dry, cover the pan and leave on low heat for 5 minutes,
approximately. Off and let the pan covered for another 5 minutes.
